Our first website ECFibreglassSupplies.co.uk opened in 2006 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. After the first couple of years business had increased to the point where we were able to hire a dedicated unit where our first trade counter was opened by David Miliband.

By 2011 we had outgrown unit 2B and cleared some land to the rear of our factory to build our first warehouse. 2 years later we were again struggling for space for our ever increasing range – In 2013 we purchased the land next door and built our second warehouse and a management suite.

By 2019 we were sending out 30,000 parcels a year to the UK alone, as well as to our customers worldwide, and employing over 30 people at our South Shields site.

The reason for our rapid growth has always been our focus on our customers – Phones always answered by a person and not a list of options, free advice service, continual investment in our websites and associated systems to ensure we remain secure and safe.

We have a wider range of products available, we have higher ratings from customers and we have lower priced shipping than any of our competitors.
